Located on the West Des Moines City/School Campus, the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater can play host to a wide variety of community events, including concerts, outdoor movies, festivals, and theatrical performances. With a stage built to accommodate up to 50 musicians and lawn seating for up to 2000, the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater is perfect for concerts of all sizes. The venue is available for rent, and takes applications October - December for our annual Summer Sundaze live music series.
