Attendees can renew their memberships or sign up to become a DMMC member at the event with cash, credit card, check or Dwolla. Memberships start at $25, and donations of any amount are accepted. Last year the DMMC introduced the official member benefits program, including a membership card, which gets members discounts at participating businesses. Learn more about becoming a member of the DMMC at www.desmoinesmc.com.

Membership donations received go directly to helping build a bigger and better 80/35 music festival as well as help to sustain our events throughout the year, like Music University, Little Big Fest (set for Nov. 18) and Gross Domestic Product.

If you’re planning on attending Wilco at Val Air Ballroom (Doors at 6:30 p.m., Opener: 7:30 p.m.), stop by Music Saves before the concert for a drink and mingle with DMMC supporters.
