THE ENVY CORPS
The Envy Corps’ indie quasi-anthems, filled with galvanizing arrangements and elasticized melodies have garnered the Des Moines band the affection of the attentive Midwest and fans internationally. After releasing their major label debut, Dwell, in 2008, the band followed up with the Kid Gloves EP (2009), It Culls You (2011), and, after a long break, the album Born in Fog in advance of their 2022 performance at 80/35. To mark 15 years since its release, the band will be performing Dwell in full along with a string section to headline GDP.

B.WELL
Local hip-hop artist, humanitarian and creator, Billy, “B.WELL” Weathers, has surrounded himself with leaders, artists, creatives and educators with unique and growing perspectives as he embraces new ideas and creates resources for his community. Along with his numerous sold-out performances in Des Moines, Weathers also founded The B.WELL Foundation, which strives to build stronger futures for youth and lift them to a place of prosperity. The Foundation has invested over $100,000+ into local schools since its inception in June 2020.

ANNALIBERA
Annalibera crafts wide-eyed, atmospheric indie songs that are equal parts pensive and heartbreakingly beautiful. Blending synth-rock, dream pop and the Laurel Canyon-style songwriting of Joni Mitchell and Joan Baez, Annalibera’s music creates a gorgeous, immersive atmosphere. Her most recent album, 2018’s Opia, strengthens Annalibera’s typically drama-filled and cinematic approach to pop music.

GENEVIÈVE SALAMONE
Geneviève Gros-Louis Salamone is a professional violinist, producer, and film composer from the Huron-Wendat Nation. Fresh from her recent performance on the runway for Paris Fashion Week, Geneviève is an internationally recognized musician and composer known for integrating interdisciplinary artwork into live performances all the while using her musical platform to raise awareness on issues surrounding mental health, sexual violence against women and critical issues within Indigenous communities.

JAMES TUTSON
James Tutson is a singer-songwriter from Iowa City, IA. He’s steadily becoming one of the most well known musicians in the area due to his unique style of combination of southern soul and rhythm & blues. James was featured on season 20 of The Voice and has embraced a new style of songwriting and a renewed dedication to the craft since. He has recorded 6 studio albums, 3 solo and 2 with his band James Tutson and the Rollback. His 6th studio album, Happy, was released in 2022.

ELEANORGRACE
EleanorGrace, real name Eleanor Berntsen, is a 19-year-old Iowa native who leapt on to the Des Moines music scene 3 years ago with her debut single, “Lighthouse”. Her most recent release was produced in Des Moines by Bryan Vanderpool of The Well Pennies and done during the first half of Berntsen’s recent gap year. It reflects on themes of love, loss, and existentialism, but stays rooted in classic country story-telling. Some of Berntsen’s inspiration comes from the likes of Kacey Musgraves, Lucinda Williams, Phoebe Bridgers, and Taylor Swift.

LANI
Lani is a Colombian-American singer/songwriter and self-taught keyboardist based in Des Moines, Iowa. Always at her disposal have been her catchy melodies and lyrical hooks, documenting the stories of her soul, along with a delicate yet powerful voice that has the power to touch every heart it comes across. There is beauty in love and an equal amount of beauty in pain, and through her songwriting and her performances, Lani captures what it means to be beautifully vulnerable.

MFKS are a soul-jazz organ trio who make music To push the boundaries of soul jazz and connect deeply with audiences through the power of music. They’ll be joined by guest vocalists Annie Kemble and J’Main.
