Since the birth of the DMMC, our major focus has been supporting local music. Whether it’s kicking back at our local music festival Gross Domestic Product, discussing all things music In the Birdroom, or rocking out alongside national touring acts at 80/35, we want to continue elevating our talented music scene!
Artist of the Month was a collaborative series between the Des Moines Music Coalition, Iowa Public Radio, and Good Morning Iowa highlighting Iowa musicians with special segments each month.
