A group of tireless musicians, Omega Dog has been playing in and around Iowa for the past few years. As they grew comfortable in their own groove, their live shows expanded both visually and sonically. Multi-instrumentalists, the band uses all available senses to ensure their live shows are ones that would let the audience experience the music in ways beyond just listening.

Omega Dog has been performing at major events throughout the region including Summer Camp, 80/35, Lot Dog as well as with bands like Slightly Stoopid, m.o.e. and Yonder Mountain String Band. They were also the winner of the Juice “Kicking Out the Jams” award in 2010 given to an up-and-coming local act. The more events they play, the higher their profile seems to grow.

Little Big Fest is tailored to a band like Omega Dog. Their unique style and multi-instrumental performances are sure to enrapture the crowd at the Hotel Fort Des Moines on Nov. 18.
