Once recognized by Playboy as the “Best College Band You’ve Never Heard Of,” The Nadas are a band that have managed to make a career out of their lyrically honest chronicles, selling over 75,000 albums and performed at venues across the country. What is especially striking about The Nadas is that despite having “grown up,” they still show no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Their music has simply grown up with them.
This past spring The Nadas had a touring jaunt throughout the Midwest that will continue through the summer, including multiple Iowa performances and a slot at this year’s highly anticipated 80/35. Whether you claim to be a long-time fan, stretching your love for the band back to their Iowa State University days, or are only now privy to their tracks, be sure to lend an ear to this local rock quintet. |
